To answer your questions. We offer only 4 hour excursions to known locations. We have a whole team of excursion planners who travel to different times via different places to understand the viability, safety, and repeatability of each journey. You will always have a tour guide with you to help ensure you have a good time and make it back safely. We have never lost a customer, but we have had 5 brave excursion planners not return, and one tour guide had a heart attack. But after 25 years of operating in over 300 countries, we think our safety record speaks for itself.
You have prepaid at the premium level, so the next step is to head over to wardrobe to get fitted for your period appropriate outfit. Then you will be taken to one of our small group time machines where you and your four travel mates, plus your tour guide, will be seated comfortably. No doubt you’ve watched the training video, but we want to reassure you that it is painless and effortless, and we just recommend closing your eyes for 30 seconds during the transition. You won’t notice a thing, every can immediately begin existing the machine for your scheduled activity.
Make sure when you are done to leave a review, and let us know wha you liked and didn’t like about the experience. The more excursions you do, the more comfortable you will be. The first couple of outings tend to be a little surreal and can be unnerving for some folks. Remember, there are many things we can control, but there are also a lot of things out of our control. Depending on what time period you travel back to and which country you are in, your experience will vary—make sure you spend time on the forums for each excursion to see what others experiences were.
